The Hairstylist Diploma program is designed to teach students the fundamentals of Hair Styling, Beauty, and Health. This detailed program exceeds basic knowledge, providing an extensive overview of different styling and cutting methods, product knowledge, tinting and bleaching techniques. After completing this program, students will recognize hair types, conditions, treatments, and application. The creative component teaches students professional terminology the identification of different hair types, cuts, and styles.

Semester 1

Foundations of Cosmetology

  1. Introduction to Cosmetology
    Description: This module covers the basics of cosmetology, including the history, importance, and various branches of the field. Students will learn about the role of cosmetologists in society and the ethical considerations in practice.
  2. Anatomy and Physiology for Cosmetologists

Semester 2

Advanced Techniques and Theory

    Description: This module explores advanced hairstyling methods, including updos, braiding, and texturizing techniques. Students will develop their creativity and learn how to execute complex hairstyles.
  2. Makeup Artistry
    Description: Students will learn about makeup application techniques for various occasions, including bridal, theatrical, and everyday looks. The module covers color matching, skin preparation, and the use of tools and products.

  3. Nail Technology
    Description: This module focuses on nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art. Students will learn about nail anatomy, hygiene practices, and the use of various products and techniques.

  4. Business and Marketing in Cosmetology
    Description: This module prepares students for the business side of cosmetology, covering topics such as client relations, marketing strategies, and financial management for salon ownership or freelance work.

  5. Health and Safety in Cosmetology

Semester 4

Practical Experience Practical Training and Internship

 In the final semester, students will engage in hands-on practical training and internships in salons or spas. This experience will allow them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, develop professional skills, and build client relationships.
